To Kill a Mockingbird

I greatly enjoyed the film, however, the ending bothered me. I did study this book at school, but we’re talking 30 years ago now, and I really don’t remember a thing and so I’m commenting on the film as presented, without reference. The ending feels hurried. There doesn’t seem to be a justification for Bob Ewell to do what he does at the end and I don’t feel like there’s enough to foreshadow that or Boo Radley’s involvement. I’m sure the book does a better job there.
