The Revenant

I dislike Tom Hardy in this, particularly his incomprehensible mumbling; I also dislike the CGI animals, like the herd of bison. I didn’t even like the bear attack because of the obvious CGI. I understand we can’t see a man getting mauled nearly to death for real though. Overall I dislike the style of it too. The best thing about this film is just that it’s an audiovisual showcase, in fact that’s the only thing it is for me.
