The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001) ♥

Second disc of the 4K UHD if the extended edition. It’s a great film but the CGI is hugely overused.

Watched the first UHD disc of the extended edition tonight; just 1h45m, with another 2h to go on the next disc. It’s a great film; no need to go on about that. What’s really great though is how much better it is on 4k than the blu ray I had previously. The blu ray transfer was horrible; the DNR particularly! I thoroughly enjoyed watching on 4k!
