Blue Is the Warmest Color

I loved Adèle in this film. She was beautiful but not in the way a statue or a portrait can be; the spaghetti chomping, sleeping mouth agape, dribbling, hair like a birds nest, snot coming out of her nose; all of it made me love her more. It was just so natural.
I’m not going to go into detail about the way this film tackles so very many issues in life and relationships, it should just suffice to say it feels like life itself, and I still think about it a long time later.
It’s 3 hours long, and I think I could have happily watched it for another 3! Just a few minutes out of that seem to be controversial, but I’m not prudish.
