Black Hawk Down (2001) ♥

I’m quite ambivalent on this one. There’s some great cinema here, but there’s also a lot of patriotic bullshit. The CGI was exceptional at the time but was quite distracting earlier on in the film for me. I put this film on because I upgraded my sound system to 5.1.2 and wanted a bit of a showcase. It’s the first time I’ve seen my 4k disc too. I haven’t watched it in 20 years. It’s fine, but they’re are several moments in it that make me cringe. There are much worse films though!
