Great cinematography and all, but it’s not for me. How can so many British actors manage to put on such silly British accents? The musical score irritated me a little too, but it wasn’t as bad as Dunkirk in that respect. The scene at the end when he’s running while the men are going over the top was ruined somewhat by the very obvious CGI artillery. Largely it’s just the whole style of it which didn’t gel with me.
